P90X Core Synergistics Week 3

Core Synergistics for week three is still hard!!  On a good note the banana rolls are getting much easier!! But for the push ups I am following "Pam the Blam and modifying.  I guess my arms are not strong enough yet.  Today is Cardio X!  I'm Ready!!!!

  2. Yes, the pushups do get easier, but it's funny how the modifications are sometimes difficult as well. LOL Awesome job Sharon!!
