P90X day 5

Well I did my Yoga last night!! It's a little long 1 1/2 hours but such a feeling of accomplishment when you're done!! I also love Tony Horton and the way he walks you through it.  You don't even have to be looking at the tv to know what to do.  Tonight is Legs, back, Ab ripper X oh boy..I'm off to On The Border for Lunch.  I hope they have something clean to eat!!!!

  1. I'm starting p90x but I'm doing it a little bit different. I've tried starting twice and seriously gave up right away. I'm going to run everyday for a month first and only do 4 p90x sections:cardio, yoga, plyometrics and ab ripper.

I've noticed that feeling even a little defeated isn't working for me so I'm changing it up. How about we a comparison. See who does better by then of 30 days :)? I'll create a blog too

  7. I've heard such good things about P90X but find it intimidating.

  8. I just want to encourage you to go the distance with P90X. My husband and I are in Week 9 right now. I feel great and have noticed I have toned up in all the right places. I wish the lb. loss would be more, but I am can be happy of the progress I have made so far. We are not following the program's meal plans but are striving to make better choices in what we put in our stomachs each day. It helps that we keep each other accountable. For you to have a public blog about your progress is the ultimate accountability!! As Nike says "Just do it!" Good luck reaching your goals.
