P90X Cardio X week 5!

I think this one is my favorite.  Cardio X has a little bit of everything as far as cardio workouts go. It’s got Yoga, Kenpo, Plyo, and abs. I like it because I can do it all with no modifying. Also, the hour seems to go by real fast!! I had my Shakeology with peanut butter after my workout and was ready for my day! Hope everyone is having a Great Day!
