P90X week 5 Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, & Ab Ripper X

I now know my least favorite workout!!! This is it!  It probably doesn’t help it being my first workout with weights since recovery week.  Actually the weight exercises weren’t hard.  It was all those push-ups that did me in.  I must have weak arms.  I cannot do push-ups. L Anyway I pushed through. 

Yoga tomorrow huuummmmmm!

  2. Hey, it's good that you know. Like Jon said, you're doing it and that is what counts! Give it some time. Those pushups will help with back muscles and triceps. You're doing a great job Sharon!
