Slim In 6

Wow, I can't believe it has been over a year since I have blogged!! My Journey to Health and Fitness continues in some form or another. I try to be consistent on working out and eating right. I continue to tell myself "I will not go on cholesterol or blood pressure meds. I will stay healthy the natural way".

Currently I am doing Slim In 6 with Beachbody and love it.  Debbie Siebers coaches/instructs in 3 easy to follow workouts.  The first one is Start It Up. This is about a 30 minute moderate intense workout. The next one is Ramp it Up which is about a 45 minute workout and more intense. It targets your arms, hips, thighs, abs.  I never thought I would be able to do this but totally agree with Debbie Siebers!  With consistency it gets easier every day.  The final dvd is Burn it Up which is about an hour. This a more rigorous workout including some cardio and more focus on thighs and abs.

 Last night was my first Burn it Up workout.  I must admit it was hard but I believe with consistency I will master this one also.  Please note that I am a 56 year old grandmother.  If I can do this anyone can.
