21 Day Fix Day 1

I started my 21 Day Fix program yesterday! The first workout is Cardio Fix and boy is that a great workout.  It is only 30 minutes long and guaranteed to make you sweat.  With this being my first workout in a while (because of the holidays) I did modify some of the exercises.  They have a wonderful easy to follow modifier.  I just love this program.

I also had my portion control meals and which kept me satisfied through out the day! I also had about 53 ounces of water.

I'm Baaaaack!!! Yes, it has been a long time.  Last year seemed to have flown by.  I hope everyone had a wonderful, happy, healthy, successful 2014. 

I have continued on with my workout programs/coaching.  I finished the Beachbody 21 Day Fix and went on to do Tony Horton's P90.  I enjoyed both these programs although the 21 Day Fix ranks up there as one of my favorites.

We went on another cruise this past summer to Jamaica, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman islands.  We had a wonderful time and must say I felt more comfortable in my own skin than I have in a long time.  I am not perfect and will never look like those models you see in the magazines but as a 58 year old mother/grandmother I continue work on being healthy and fit.  

We will be starting another 21 Day Fix group on January 5th and I plan on sharing my daily meals and workout with you all.  I know back in 2011 when I shared my daily workout with P90X it kept me consistent and accountable.  If anyone would like to join me you can contact me here or on FB https://www.facebook.com/sharon.feroneanderson.  I also have my own free, private accountability group on fb  called Food Fitness Focus where we share our workouts, recipes and give each of daily incentive to achieve our own personal goals.
