I was excited to get on the scale this morning and see that I am 7lbs down!!!  :)  I am so glad that I got back on track with my health and fitness.   It doesn't take long to see results!!

After one month 5lbs down and lower blood pressure!!



I'm so excited!!! I went to have my blood work done this morning for insurance purposes.  When they checked my Blood Pressure it was 121/83!!  This is awesome for me.  My weight was also down 5lbs.  This working out and eating right is working!!  I cannot wait until my blood work comes back to see the rest of my numbers.

21 Day Fix, One month in!

Hi all,  I hope everyone is doing well!
First and foremost my thoughts and prayers go out to all the police officers and their families  in Dallas!! I pray for Unity in America!!  We are all one under God! <3

Today I have been back on track with the 21 Day Fix for a month now.  I love, love, love this program.  I did my measurements and wanted to share my progress.  As far as inches goes there is no change in my waist, hips or chest.  I did lose two inch in my upper legs and gained an inch in my arms.  Which I'm assuming is muscle.   I also lost five pounds.




I have been very consistent with my workouts, but my food intake has not been as good.  When trying to lose weight and tone results come from 75% diet and 25% exercise.  A lot depends on what we eat.  With that being said, this next four weeks I am going to focus on food intake and portion control.

I'M BACK!!!



After months of doing no form of workout I'm back!!! Yup, I'm human and got off the wagon! It took my son to tell me I was getting round around the edges!! I love his honesty! Haha! I had been tired, sluggish and eating like Crap!!


I started doing Beachboy's 21 Day Fix about a month ago. I can not express to you enough how much better you feel by eating right and being consistent. I am down four pounds, feel awesome and can tell I am toning up a bit!!


I will be posting more recipes and videos of my journey!! I'm so glad to be back to working out!! it is true what they say "Don't Stop"!!!


I am still a Beachbody coach and here to help and inspire. I have been drinking Shakeology for the last six years and we love it!! I have been consistent with my shakes. They are awesome and have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol.
