After one month 5lbs down and lower blood pressure!!

I'm so excited!!! I went to have my blood work done this morning for insurance purposes.  When they checked my Blood Pressure it was 121/83!!  This is awesome for me.  My weight was also down 5lbs.  This working out and eating right is working!!  I cannot wait until my blood work comes back to see the rest of my numbers.
