About Me

Hello my name is Sharon.  I have been married for 36 years to a wonderful, loving and supportive man.  I am the mother of four grown boys and 2 beautifully, handsome, grandsons.  

I am a Beachbody coach and here to help and inspire. I have been drinking Shakeology for the last six years and I love it!!  They are awesome and have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol.

I want to help other people on their journey to health and fitness and share what works for me. 

I enjoy being with family and going out with friends!  Some of my other interests are:

  1. hi Sharon.

    What PX-90 workouts would you recommend for someone new to it? I have done strength workouts over the years, but not regularly. I do run and do cardio and use 8 lb dumbbells sporadically.

    I am not a yoga fan, tend to get dizzy with the up and down movements. Love Pilates.

    Any advice to get started? Thanks so much.

  2. Hi Elle, If you're not a Yoga fan you probably would not like P90X unless you made your yoga day a stretch day. I've also heard Power90 is good but have never done it.

    I would recommend the p90X lean. It is a great workout but not as hard as the classic version.
